Merger of share classes in Brødrene Hartmann A/S
The Board of Directors of Brødrene Hartmann A/S today registered the resolution adopted by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Brødrene Hartmann A/S held on 22 April 2008 to abolish multiple share classes in Brødrene Hartmann A/S to the effect that Brødrene Hartmann A/S now has one share class only.
Upon the merger of the share classes, the entire nominal share capital of DKK 140,301,800 is listed and the existing securities identification code (DK0010256197) applies to all the Company's shares.
 
It is expected that the temporary securities identification code of the new shares (DK0060136943) will be merged with the securities identification code of the existing B shares (DK0010256197) on 25 June 2008.
