Brødrene Hartmann A/S announces expiry of stabilization period in connection with rights issue made in June 2008

With reference to announcement no. 11 of June 24, 2008 announcing the closing of the rights issue, Brødrene Hartmann A/S ("Brødrene Hartmann") now announces that the stabilization period has expired.
Danske Markets and Nordea Corporate Finance have informed Brødrene Hartmann that they did not make any stabilizing transactions with respect to the shares in Brødrene Hartmann in connection with the rights issue.
