Brødrene Hartmann's Fond hereby informs that it has reduced its holding of shares in Brødrene Hartmann A/S from 853.300 shares (12,2 % of Brødrene Hartmann A/S' share capital and voting rights) to 144.750 shares (2,1 % of Brødrene Hartmann A/S' share capital and voting rights). The reduction occurs in connection with an agreement between Brødrene Hartmann's Fond and B.H.F. Invest A/S under incorporation dated 8 December 2008.
B.H.F. Invest A/S under incorporation informs that it has increased its ownership of Brødrene Hartmann A/S shares to 708.550 shares (10,1 % of Brødrene Hartmann A/S' share capital and voting rights). The acquisition has occurred in connection with an agreement between Brødrene Hartmann's Fond and B.H.F. Invest A/S under incorporation.
B.H.F. Invest A/S under incorporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brødrene Hartmann's Fond.
