Lactosan-Sanovo Holding A/S (Lactosan-Sanovo) today announced that, on expiry of the offer period for the offer made on 22 November 2011 to the shareholders of Brødrene Hartmann A/S, valid acceptances had been received in respect of an aggregate of 0.04% of the total share capital.
