Leiden, The Netherlands, April 6, 2006 - Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL; Swiss Exchange: SW CRX) announced today that it has signed a non-exclusive STAR(TM) research license agreement for the production of monoclonal antibodies with Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Millennium Pharmaceuticals Corporation. Financial details were not disclosed.
