Crucell Announces Completion of Acquisition of SBL Vaccin AB

Leiden, The Netherlands, November 23, 2006 - Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL; Swiss Exchange: CRX) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of SBL Vaccin AB.
