Cermaq (OSE:CEQ) is today, 30 April, publishing the online editions of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006.

Shareholders who have opted to receive the report electronically will be sent the report by email.

Printed copies of the annual report and accounts will be available for distribution from 8 May 2007 to all other shareholders registered in the Norwegian Registry of Securities.
