Cermaq ASA has on June 25th sold 34.800 own shares at NOK 49, 07 per share as part of a yearly share programme for all employees of the Cermaq group

 

The share programme allows the employees to purchase up to 200 CEQ shares at a 20 percent discount, calculated based on the closing price on the stock exchange the three last days of the offer period. Cermaq ASA's new holding of own shares is 3.156 shares.

 

As part of the share programme, primary insiders have purchased shares at NOK 39,25 per share. The primary insiders' share purchase and new holding of CEQ shares are displayed in the attachment.
