Acquisition of majority stake in Caleo Technologies

Symsoft, part of CLX Communications supplying solutions to mobile network operators and communication service providers, has acquired a majority stake in billing and customer care specialist Caleo Technologies.

The acquisition is an important addition of billing expertise and it further strengthens the solution portfolio for network operators and communication service providers. MNOs and MVNOs are increasingly turning to vendor partners that can provide comprehensive and integrated solutions for all their needs.
