Elite Asset Management Plc's new A- and B-shares registered in the Trade Register
A total of 2,033,518 new A-shares and 406,704 new B-shares subscribed for in the directed share issue arranged by Elite Asset Management Plc on 1 August 2017 have been entered in the Trade Register today, 1 August 2017. Trading with the new shares is estimated to begin on Wednesday, 2 August 2017.
After the registration of the new shares and voting rights the total number of Elite Asset Management Plc's shares are:
A-shares: 9,298,928 shares, 185,978,560 votes
B-shares: 3,544,344 shares, 3,544,344 votes
Total number of A- and B-shares: 12,843,272 shares and 189,522,904 votes.
