EAB Group Plc's Extraordinary General Meeting on 25 June 2018 discussed the following matters:
Withdrawal of the investment firm license
It was decided in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors that the Company gives up the investment firm license and continues to act as the parent company of the Group.
The Board of Directors was authorised to take the necessary measures to give up the licence.
Amendment of the Articles of Association
The Articles of Association of EAB Group Plc were amended in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors as follows:

The company's line of business is to act as the group parent company and to provide administrative services to group companies and associated companies. The company is engaged in operations referred to under the Finnish Act on Investment Services, in accordance with the operating license granted to it.

The amendment will become valid at the same time with the withdrawal of the investment firm license.
