Evli Alexander Management Oy has acquired 100% ownership of Equatex Finland Oy and launches new name Evli Awards Management Oy (EAM).
Evli Alexander Management Oy (EAM) and Equatex Norway AS have signed an agreement whereby EAM will purchase ownership of Equatex Norway's Finnish subsidiary Equatex Finland Oy. This transaction will make Equatex Finland a wholly-owned subsidiary of Evli Alexander Management Oy. Evli Alexander Management will at the same time change its name to Evli Awards Management Oy and thereby maintain the well-established "EAM" brand.
The new EAM will continue its operations normally, as an ever stronger service provider combining the know-how of Equatex Finland Oy and centralizing incentive plan related services under the Evli group umbrella
With this transaction EAM will be a market leader offering services and specialized local know-how to Finnish companies with a global reach for their employees all over the world through the on-line Incentive-portal.

The new Evli Awards Management will focus on providing share plan administration services in Finland and is looking at ever growing cooperation with Evli Bank's custody, brokerage, and wealth management businesses following the Banks acquisition of 100% in EAM in June 2016. EAM also has confident expectations of a new level of IT capability and portal development to further enhance the service and functionality both to corporate clients as well as share plan participants.
