Reference is made to previous notices to the stock exchange in respect of the acquisition of Fellesdata AS. EDB Business Partner ASA can now confirm that it has received written acceptance of its offer from shareholders representing 79.35% of the shares and votes in Fellesdata AS. The price offered for 100% of the shares is NOK 2,480 million.
