In a brief to the Oslo Stock Exchange today, EDB Business Partner announced that its subsidiary EDB 4tel, the Norwegian telecom software vendor and systems integrator, has entered a NOK10 million agreement with the German mobile operator VIAG Interkom.

VIAG Interkom and EDB 4tel have signed a letter of intent regarding consulting and systems development services. These services will be delivered in cooperation with EDB 4tel's partner and subcontractor Bull Telco BU Central Europe.

This project is an important first step for further successful co-operation. We will aggressively target additional accounts to win similar joint projects based on the experience in Norway and Germany."
