EDB 4tel, the telecom part of EDB Business Partner ASA has won a new contract with the Swiss telecom operator Swisscom for the implementation of a new version of CCB 4tel Order Manager, EDB 4tel's solution for order management. The agreement has a contractual value of NOK 12.5 million.

Swisscom chose EDB 4tel as its order management system vendor last year. The first version of the system was implemented earlier this year. The new version will include expanded functionality that will enable the Swiss telecom operator to further develop and enhance its customer service.

Order Manager 4tel is part of EDB 4tel's award winning Customer Care and Billing suite for operators and service providers - CCB 4tel. In addition, it facilitates access to product information, resource allocation and service provisioning, important functionalities required by telecom operators to operate efficiently.
