(Oslo 05.07.01) Sparebanken Møre has entered into an agreement with EDB Business Partner's fully owned subsidiary EDB Fellesdata to purchase software, consultancy services and computer operating services for the banking operations. The agreement is for six years, and has a contractual value of NOK 200 million.

In November 2000 Sparebanken Møre entered into an agreement to purchase solutions to support the bank's electronic banking and Internet strategy. Sparebanken Møre is now extending its business with EDB Fellesdata by purchasing solutions, consultancy and operating services for the bank's currency trading and portfolio management and for Branch Systems. EDB Teamco is responsible for providing computer operating services.

As a part of the agreement Sparebanken Møre has chosen EDB Fellesdata as strategic partner for development of new banking solutions.
