EDB Business Partner has today signed a contract with Cap Gemini Telecom Media & Networks Sweden AB for OS/390 computer operating services and data communications solutions.

 

The contract relates to services for OS/390 operating platforms for the clients DFDS Transport AB and Frigoscandia AB. The agreement runs to late 2004 and is worth approximately SEK 12 million.

 

The systems will be provided by the Swedish company EDB Unigrid AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of EDB Business Partner. This is the first major computer operating services contract to be won by EDB Unigrid since the company was acquired by EDB in Autumn 2001, and is therefore an important milestone for the group's further development in the Swedish outsourcing market.
