(Oslo, 2 January 2003) Sparebanken Pluss has signed an agreement with EDB Fellesdata, a wholly owned subsidiary of EDB Business Partner, for the purchase of software and computer operating services for its banking activities. The agreement is for a four-year period, and represents a total contractual value of ca. NOK 32 million.

 

The new four year agreement extends the existing contract for banking systems and related computer operating services. In addition the agreement also includes purchase of new banking applications to further develop the bank's focus on the areas of self-service banking and branch office systems.

 

Computer operating services will be provided by EDB Teamco.
