Ole Trasti has resigned by mutual agreement from his position as Executive Vice President, Bank & Finance, of EDB Business Partner and as Managing Director of EDB Fellesdata. Mr. Trasti will leave EDB Business Partner on 14 February 2003, following 12 years as the managing director of EDB Fellesdata.

 

Knut Holmen, Executive Vice President of EDB Business Partner and Managing Director of EDB Business Consulting, will take over as acting Managing Director of EDB Fellesdata, and he will fulfil its role until the group appoints a managing director on a permanent basis. Mr. Holmen has senior management experience of both IT and payment services at DnB. He also knows the banking market well through his responsibilities at EDB Business Consulting. Once a new managing director is appointed for EDB Fellesdata, Mr. Holmen will take on a new position as Executive Vice President responsible for the group's marketing and business development. In this new role he will have particular responsibility for developing the group's relationships with its major customers as well as general strategic and business development planning.

 

Eivind Kinck, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of EDB Business Partner, has taken on responsibility for restructuring the group's consultancy activities currently carried out by EDB Business Consulting. This will involve integrating some aspects of the consultancy activities into the group's other divisions, as well as finding other solutions for the remaining aspects of the consultancy division.

 

Øivind Grepperud is to take over the routine management responsibility for EDB Business Consulting. Mr Grepperud is currently responsible for the Oslo-based consultancy activities of EDB Business Consulting.
