(Oslo 04.03.2003) The Swedish bank FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank) has signed an agreement with EDB Fellesdata, a wholly owned subsidiary of EDB Business Partner, for management of the bank's system for credit and loan processing. The agreement is for a two-year period and represents a contractual value of some NOK 11 million.

 

The new agreement extends the existing contract. FöreningsSparbanken applies the system "Affärstöd Krediter" for its credit processing and loan administration. The system was developed in co-operation with EDB Fellesdata, and came into use in June 2000. Concerning FöreningsSparbanken, improved efficiency of the credit processing is achieved by the use of the "Affärstöd Krediter"-system.
