EDB Business Partner ASA - Agreement signed with FöreningsSparbanken for joint Internet banking development project

(Oslo 26.05.2003) FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank) of Sweden has signed an agreement with EDB Business Partner for a project to jointly develop a new Internet banking system for FöreningsSparbanken. The development project has a contractual value of some NOK 10 million. In addition EDB Business Partner gets access to components with an equivalent development value of some NOK 8 million.
 
This collaboration between FöreningsSparbanken and EDB Business Partner gives both parties the right to use the Internet banking solution that they will develop. The jointly developed Internet banking solution and components will then form part of EDB Business Partner's product range for banking and finance.
