| GE Capital Bank signs up for IT operating services from EDB Business Partner |

GE Capital bank AB has signed a contract with EDB Business Partner for the purchase of IT operating services. The contract is worth NOK 30 million over a 3-year period valid from 1 June 2003. The operating services involved will be supplied by EDB Teamco AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of EDB Business Partner. The agreement represents an extension of EDB Teamco's current IT operating services agreement with GE Capital bank.
The contract covers all operational activities related to GE Capital bank's own TFS application (Total Financing System) in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
