Eli Giske (39) has been the group's Chief Financial Officer since EDB ASA merged with Telenor Programvare in 1999. Prior to the merger she was the Finance Director of EDB ASA from 1995.

 

A process to recruit a new Chief Financial Officer is initiated. In the interim period Knut T. Olsen (50) is appointed as acting CFO. Knut T. Olsen is Vice President Financials and Administration of EDB Teamco

 

Eivind Kinck (55) has been the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of EDB. Since February of this year he has been responsible for projects related to the re-positioning of the group, including the closure of the Business Consulting business area. These projects are now completed. Mr Kinck has been Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer since EDB ASA merged with Telenor Programvare in 1999. Prior to the merger he was the Managing Director of EDB ASA.
