EDB Business Partner (EDB) announced in connection with the publication of its Q2 interim results that it wished to withdraw from its involvement in TIBE. EDB has now reached agreement to sell its shares in TIBE to one of the company's other shareholders, namely Media 1 Molde AS. The transaction will be completed in October 2003. EDB recognised a provision in its Q2 accounts for the shareholding in TIBE, and this disposal will have no further impact on the company's accounts.
