EDB Business Partner ASA - Contractual relationship with Terra-Gruppen

(Oslo, 22 January 2004) Norwegian newspaper Finansavisen tells today that Terra-Gruppen will enter into final negotiations for a long term contract with another entity than EDB Business Partner. EDB can confirm the newspapers information that we yesterday were informed about Terra's decision.

The consequences of the decision will have no negative impact on the accounts of EDB for 2003 and 2004. As stated in the stock exchange filing dated 24 September 2003, a final decision may result in a shortfall of revenues in 2005 and 2006 of NOK 150 and 200 million respectively.
