| Onninen extends its relationship with EDB to Sweden |

(Oslo, 7 May 2004) Onninen AB has signed an agreement with EDB Business Partner for the operation of the company's ICT solutions. This contract with Onninen AB represents an expansion of a similar agreement already in place with Onninen AS, and means that EDB will now be responsible for Onninen's IT operations in Sweden as well as Norway. The new contract, which runs for five years from 1 September 2004, represents business volume of approximately NOK 28 million over this period. "EDB is a leading supplier of IT operating services in the Nordic region and an attractive partner for us", explains Helge Sætershagen, Managing Director of Onninen AS and Onninen AB. "Our everyday business is becoming more and more project and process oriented, and our employees need greater mobility, flexibility and capacity in the ICT area. The distributed operating solutions that EDB offers meet our needs. Moreover EDB delivers its services across national boundaries, that's important for a company like us", adds Helge Sætershagen.
The contract covers services for 370 employees of Onninen AB in Sweden at 20 different locations. This will be in addition to the similar contract for 350 employees at 26 locations in Norway. The contract gives Onninen the opportunity to offer access to its IT solutions for its customers and suppliers in the electrical sector, paving the way to simplified everyday business by using a shared IT platform and operational services. EDB IT Operations will provide Onninen with a complete portfolio of internet services, security, server operations, monitoring, backup and helpdesk/support, as well as operating services for applications and workstations.
