Romsdals Fellesbank signs a 5-year contract with EDB

(Oslo, 4 June 2004) Romsdals Fellesbank has signed a contract with EDB Business Partner for the supply of product solutions and operating services for its banking activities. The agreement will run from July 2004 to June 2009, and represents business volume of around NOK 60 million over this period.

EDB Bank & Finance provides a complete portfolio of banking applications and operating services for Romsdals Fellesbank, together with the infrastructure needed for the bank's core activities and distribution channels. EDB IT Operations provides operating services for the applications, administration of the system's platform and printing/dialogue services. EDB Bank & Finance will book NOK 21 million of the total business volume, while NOK 39 million will be booked in EDB IT Operations.
