Onninen Oy enters exclusive contract negotiations with EDB

(Oslo, 6 July 2004) Onninen Oy, one of Europe's leading enterprises providing comprehensive materials services, today said it is entering exclusive contract negotiations with EDB on delivering operations and services to support Onninen's new ERP system for the next 5 years. The contract value is approximately NOK 55 mill. Service delivery will start immediately and negotiations are to be concluded in Q3 2004.

The new ERP system is to support Onninen's logistics and back-office operations group wide, and a stepwise rollout is planned in Norway, Sweden, Poland, Finland, the Baltic countries and Russia.
