| New Executive Vice President for EDB in Sweden |

(Oslo, 1 September 2004) EDB Business Partner has appointed Urban Doverholt (42) as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of EDB Business Partner AB in Sweden. Mr Doverholt will join EDB's executive management team, and takes up his appointment on 1 September. Urban Doverholt joins EDB from the stock exchange listed e-training company Enlight, where he was Managing Director. He also has extensive prior experience of the IT sector, including various appointments in IBM's Nordic organisation and at Ericsson.
Urban Doverholt will take on responsibility for a newly-established position in EDB as the group establishes an overall management structure for its IT Operations and Bank & Finance activities in Sweden.
