| Management changes at EDB |

(Oslo 17 March 2005) Executive Vice President for Corporate Communications Reidar Gjærum is resigning his position in EDB Business Partner to take up a new position as EVP and member of the executive committee of Statoil ASA. "I regret that Reidar Gjærum is leaving EDB. At the same time I fully understand his decision to take on a position as member of the executive committee of the largest Norwegian company", comments CEO Endre Rangnes in EDB.
Reidar Gjærum will leave his position in EDB 1 April 2005.
