(Oslo, 11 April 2005) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 3 January 2005 on the implementation of the business acquisition from Capgemini. The restructuring announced for EDB's activities in Sweden will be carried out in the second quarter, and is expected to affect around 25 employees.

 

EDB expects to recognise non-recurring costs of NOK 16-18 million in the second quarter in respect of restructuring the business acquired.
