(Oslo 28 June 2005) EDB Business Partner ASA has appointed Mr Petter Idar Jenssen (40) as new Executive Vice President for EDB Solutions. Mr. Jenssen is currently divisional director in Tieto Enator, with global responsibility for core-banking and e-banking solutions. Before joining Tieto, Mr Jenssen worked for Accenture for twelve years, the last years as partner, Financial Services EMEA.

Mr. Jenssen will take up his position on 1 October 2005.
