| Hydro Texaco signs contract with EDB for SAP operation |

(Oslo, 20 June 2005) Hydro Texaco AS has entered into an agreement with EDB Business Partner for the operation of its ERP systems in Norway. The agreement runs for five years from 17 June 2005, with options to extend. The contract has a business volume of around NOK 4 million each year, and a total business volume of around 20 million NOK. Hydro Texaco AS is in the process of upgrading its IT-solutions. This solution will to a large extent be based on SAP. The company will increasingly be dependent on uninterrupted IToperations. EDB will deliver a solution based on 24/7 operations and monitoring of Hydro Texaco's SAP systems.
EDB Business Partner is the only Norwegian-owned company accredited as a SAP hosting partner.
