EDB - Sparebanken Sør considering expanded collaboration with EDB

(Oslo, 24 august 2005) Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued by Sparebanken Sør on 24 August 2005 in respect of dialogue on expanded IT collaboration.

Sparebanken Sør is currently a customer of EDB through its contractual arrangements with DnB NOR. The current contract was communicated in stock exchange notices on 1 July and 31 August 2004. A new contract between Sparebanken Sør and EDB will lead to an increase in net business volume for EDB. Further information will be given when an eventually new contract is signed.
