EDB sells property at Hamar

(Oslo, 09. desember, 2005) EDB Business Partner ASA has made an agreement to sell the companys property for administration and management at Hamar to UP Entra AS.

At the same time EDB enter into a rental agreement with the buyer attached to the same property. The sale amounts to NOK 81 million and will be payed by acqusition which takes place 21.desember 2005.

In connection to the transaction EDB will realise a profit of approximately NOK 10 million that will be entered as income in fourth quarter 2005.
