| Urban Doverholt leaves EDB |

(Oslo, 27 March, 2006) Urban Doverholt has resigned from his position as an Executive Vice President of EDB Business Partner. Mr Doverholt has been the Managing Director of EDB Sweden since September 2004. EDB Sweden has grown rapidly over recent years through organic growth and acquisitions. The company is now moving into a new phase of development with greater focus on profitability. The profitability performance of EDB Sweden is in line with the performance previously communicated by the company.
Thomas Parmbäck has been appointed acting Managing Director of EDB Sweden.
