| EDBASA - New contract in Sweden for SEK 110 million |

(Oslo, 10 May 2006) EDB Business Partner has signed a contract with the Swedish Municipal Workers' Union. The total contract value is SEK 110 million. The contract includes IT operations, infrastructure and security solutions, and application management for Municipal's membership system. The contract runs from 1 May 2006 to the close of 2009. In addition, the customer has the option to extend the contract for a further two years.

The Municipal Workers' Union is one of the largest trade unions in Sweden with 570,000 members. Municipal sets high standards for security and reliability. This contract confirms EDB's position as the leading supplier of IT operations and solutions to trade unions in Sweden.
EDB purchased the company Datarutin AB in January 2006. The contract now signed with the Municipal Workers' Union is a renewal and extension of an earlier agreement.
