Tore Valderhaug resigns from EDB

(Oslo, 14 March 2007) Tore Valderhaug has given notice to resign from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EDB Business Partner ASA. He will continue in his current position until a new CFO is appointed.

Tore Valderhaug has been employed by EDB since December 2003. He is leaving the company in order to take up a new position.

"Tore Valderhaug has made an important contribution towards realising EDB's Nordic ambitions, particularly in respect of establishing financial management systems, financing and participating in carrying out many strategically important acquisitions", comments Endre Rangnes, CEO of EDB.
