(Oslo, March 21st 2007) EDB Business Partners Financial Statements for 2006 is approved by the Board of Directors. Earnings Before Taxes for 2006 are reported as presented in preliminary report, NOK 257 mill. Net profit was NOK 224 mill and Earnings Per Share was NOK 2.47. There has been made a correction to the preliminary Financial Statements which were presented January 30th 2007. The final tax calculations resulted in a tax expense for 2006 of NOK 33.9 mill as compared to earlier reported NOK 30.4 mill.
The Annual Report for 2006 will be published on www.edb.com the 25. April 2007.
