New CFO for EDB

(Oslo, 15 May 2007) EDB Business Partner ASA has appointed Kristian Johansen (36) as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr Johansen will take up his appointment no later than 1 September 2007.

The existing CFO Tore Valderhaug will leave his position 31 May 2007. Financial manager Cathrine M. Telje is appointed as acting CFO until Mr Johansen takes up his appointment.

Kristian Johansen is currently EVP/CFO of AF Gruppen ASA. Mr Johansen has previously worked for Exxon Mobile and in Danske Bank's Corporate Finance departments in Oslo and London. He is a MBA graduate of the University of New Mexico, USA.
