(Oslo, 7 June 2007) 30 January 2007 EDB Business Partner announced an agreement regarding acquisition of 60 percent of the shares in Infopulse Ukraine LLC. EDB has closed the due dilligence process and entered into a final agreement which is in line with the already announced information. EDB now awaits a final approval from Ukrainian Competition Authority. Such an approval is expected in third quarter 2007.
