| EDB completes acquisition in India |

(Oslo, 6 December 2007) EDB Business Partner has, in accordance with information previously released, acquired 50.1% of the Indian IT company Span Infotech.
The purchase process has now been completed. The company's accounts will be consolidated with effect from December 2007.
