(Oslo, 11 February 2008) EDB Business Partner has completed its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of IS Partner AS from StatoilHydro ASA, in accordance with its earlier announcement.

The Norwegian Competition Authority has not issued instructions for further consideration of the transaction within the statutory timetable, and the transaction is therefore deemed to be approved.

The acquisition process is now completed. The accounts will be consolidated from and including 1 February 2008.
