| Lars Bjertnæs resigns from EDB |

Executive Vice President Lars Bjertnæs has resigned from his position at EDB Business Partner. He has led the work on building a new Nordic organisation for the IT Operations business area, with particular focus on group-wide processes and a strong global delivery capability making use of our global sourcing resources, and he now wishes to pursue other interests outside EDB group.
Thorolf Thorstensen has been appointed as acting EVP.
