EDB appoints Jarle Haug as Executive Vice President

(Oslo, 2 April 2008) EDB Business Partner ASA has appointed Jarle Haug (45) as Executive Vice President responsible for the IT Operations business area. Jarle Haug will take up his appointment on 1 August.

Jarle Haug joins EDB from StatoilHydro, where he was Vice President responsible for IT Services. Haug previously worked at Nordea for a number of years in senior management positions, including overall responsibility for IT at the Nordic level.

Jarle Haug is a MBA graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), and he also completed officer training with the Norwegian Armed Forces.
