| Yara enter into 4 year agreement with EDB |

(Oslo 2. February 2009) Yara International ASA has entered into a new 4-year frame agreement for delivery of Application Development and Business Consulting Projects with EDB Business Partner, effective 1st February 2009. The new agreement has a total contract value of up to 100 MNOK, whereby EDB Business Partner also will be classed as one of Yara's 'preferred suppliers', as a part of their overall IS sourcing strategy.
This new agreement comes in addition to the existing EDB services currently being transferred to another supplier. These services have also been extended by 1 year until end 2009 to enable a smooth transfer of the remaining services.
