EDB chosen as outsourcing supplier

EDB chosen as outsourcing supplier - SEK 200 million

(Oslo, 29 June 2009) EDB Business Partner ASA has been awarded an outsourcing contract by AB StorStockholms Lokaltrafik (SL). The agreement represents total contract value of SEK 200 million, and runs for 4 years with the possibility to extend for a further 4 years.

EDB will be a strategic IT supplier for SL, and will deliver network services, application operating services, workplace operations, service desk and workstation operating services, as well as capacity services for servers and storage. EDB's environmental commitment is an important element in the total delivery package.

The transition project will be carried out in the second half of 2009, and the main part of deliveries will commence in January 2010.

The contract will be signed following the expiry of the formal period for objections.
