| Sparebanken Pluss renews and expands its contract with EDB |

(Oslo, 6 July 2009) Sparebanken Pluss has entered into a 5-year agreement with EDB Business Partner for the supply of operating services and solutions for its banking activities. The agreement represents estimated total contract value of NOK 150 million. Sparebanken Pluss is continuing its existing customer relationship with EDB with this contract, which also expands the services provided to include EDB's new branch office solutions for lending and credit. "We are pleased to continue our long-term collaboration with EDB for operating services and banking solutions. This provides long-term stability for Sparebanken Pluss and also secures our access to competitive IT services. EDB's new generation of branch office solutions for lending and credit will help to improve the quality and efficiency of the bank's work processes", comments Stein A. EDB Bank & Finance provides the bank with a complete portfolio of banking applications and operating services, together with the IT infrastructure needed for the bank's central business activities and distribution channels. EDB IT Operations provides operating services for the bank's applications, manages its systems platform and delivers printing and dialogue services.
