(Oslo 3 August 2009) In connection with EDB Business Partners share program for employees, Managing director of EDB BP Sweden Thomas Parmbäck has bought 338 shares. Parmbäck has after the transaction 6,231 shares and 100 000 options. Acting executive vice president Tom Scharning has bought 1,584 shares. Scharning has after the transaction 5,039 shares and 25 000 options. Staff representative in the board John-Ingvar Brekke has bought 498 shares. Brekke has after the transaction 582 shares.

In addition the following insiders have bought shares in EDB in connection with the employee share program: Espen Brettås Dahle 448 shares, Nina Mortensen 338 shares, Tormod Andreas Nordli 521 shares and Knut Tommy Olsen 829 shares. EDB Business Partner has purchased 229 427 own shares to use in the share program.

All shares are bought at NOK 17.87.
