(Oslo 21 June 2010) EDB Business Partner AS (EDBASA) has today published an information memorandum in connection with the combination with ErgoGroup AS.
The general meetings in EDB Business Partner ASA, EDB Business Partner Holding AS and ErgoGroup AS to vote on the proposed combination will be held on 8 July 2010.
